A 61-year-old man has been charged over two alleged sexual assaults at separate south-east Queensland massage parlours.
Police said the Beenleigh man inappropriately touched a 17-year-old female client at a Gold Coast massage parlour in a Southport shopping complex along Marine Parade at 4:30pm on November 9.
Police allege he also inappropriately touched a 29-year-old woman at a Brisbane shopping centre in Chermside, along Hamilton Road, at about 10am on August 8.
The man was arrested in the car park of a Biggera Waters shopping complex yesterday and charged with two counts of sexual assault.
He will face Southport Magistrates Court on February 4.
Gold Coast Child Protection and Investigation Unit officer in charge Detective Senior Sergeant Greg Aubort said he believed there might be more victims.
"[We] are appealing to anyone who've experienced incidents at the massage businesses in the Gold Coast or Brisbane areas or anyone with further information to contact police," he said.
"We acknowledge the bravery of the victim-survivors who have come forward in this investigation, and we want to reassure others who may have experienced anything similar that they are not alone, and there is support available to you."
Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have further information or have gone through a similar experience to come forward.
