In short:

If a class action against one of WA's biggest builders is successful, customers could get a share of more than $100 million.

Jo and David Dimov are among those who say they have experienced unreasonable delays with their home build.

What's next?

BGC has confirmed it is yet to take on new home builds, as it continues to work on dozens of incomplete homes in Perth and the South West.
