Thousands of women say they they're being denied pads or tampons in NSW hospitals, three years after NSW Health promised access.

Advocates are campaigning for free vending machines providing period products and underwear to be installed in every hospital.

 NSW Minister for Health Ryan Park says he will consider the proposal.
