Program: Food prices soar in remote WA

The cost of living crisis has made shopping for fresh fruit and veggies harder for most Australians, but in some remote towns in Western Australia's far north residents are often paying double the price. 

While 100 stores in remote First Nations communities have signed up to a federal government program which will subsidise the cost of 30 essential items, there are concerns it does not go far enough.
