In short:

Greg Norman has called time on his links with the Saudi-backed LIV Golf tour, declaring the controversial competition had "changed the world" in four years.

The two-time major champion was the first public face of the breakaway LIV Golf, helping to sign up players like Bryson de Chambeau, Jon Rahm and Australia's Cameron Smith.

What's next?

Norman is still part of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games organising committee as an independent director.
