In short:

The previous owner of a church in Mount Gambier was converting it into an Airbnb, but had trouble with vandalism and sourcing tradespeople.

The Greek Orthodox Diocese of Adelaide has bought the property after getting council approval to change it back into a church.

What's next?

The first Greek Orthodox divine liturgy will be held in the church on October 19.
